Chhas wala upma

Preparation time : 10 minutes Cooking time  :10 minutes  Serve: 2 Ingredients:   1 small cup Semolina (rava) 1 medium onion chopped 1 tomato chopped 2 green chilies chopped Buttermilk (chhas) Salt Oil Mustard seeds Curry leavs 1 teaspoon Sambar masala Procedure: In a hot pan roast Semolina until turns red. Keep it aside, add some oil Now add curry leavs and Mustard seeds Now add onion cook for 1 minute Add tomato cook for a while.  Add sambar masala and salt, cook for 3 minute's. Add buttermilk. Now take nice boil and add Semolina. Now add chopped coriander leaves and pinch of sugar. Your Chas upma ready
